What a beautiful bride…

My dear friend and kindred spirit got engaged recently. She lives an incredibly storybook life in the interior with her wonderful wrangler fiancé and is The Lady in Boots who runs the blog My Red Cowboy Boots. You can read all about the hugely romantic proposal here.

To celebrate her new engaged status, I bought her a lovely pair of lace earrings from That Old Blue House2 on etsy. She has simply beautiful items in her shop. To make the gift as special as possible, I designed the packaging for the item and I thought I’d share it here.

First step was making the pillowbox and label

Then, using A Little Hut as inspiration, made my own template for a custom matchbox.

All that was left was to pop the earrings inside! I hope she likes it.
